In the midst of Covid restrictions, the challenge was to create a virtual dinner & dance event that would excite the employees of DBS Bank to engage with each other despite not being physically together.

The DBS Dream Big Win Big was created as a glitzy gameshow with maximum glamour and fun, dialing up the anticipation of members to stand a chance to participate in the games and win the amazing prizes up for grabs. The senior leadership team brought their A-game with their greatest showman performance and represented online members in the classic games of Name That Tune and The Price is Right.

The outcome of the event achieved its target of getting high levels of participation, with members flocking to the stream chat throughout the event, participating in the pre-event and live games, and sharing their experience in the event’s social stream.
