Twilio at NRF 2024
When Twilio wanted to exhibit at NRF 2024 – where retail leaders from across the Asia-Pacific unite to showcase the future of retail, we knew that we had to create a memorable booth to stand out from the crowd.
We dove deep into the challenges that Twilio faced in communicating their vast services in a simple and engaging way, identifying opportunities to showcase their solutions in a way that Twilio had never done before.
What resulted was a booth experience that spoke directly to the audience by targeting their pain points and showcasing the Twilio story in relatable scenarios. The booth caught the attention of everyone in the sea of competition at the NRF, setting the precedence for how Twilio present themselves and their messaging for future retail conventions ahead.
